As we are building our workshop of language learners, I'd like to recommend to you a good bilingual dictionary of the Kościuszko Foundation. It is an offline dictionary that can be purchased as an electronic app or a paper book of two volumes. I've been using it during the lessons for 15 years now. It is offline and very fast to work with. You can download it with the link below and after unpacking install it on your Windows system.
